International Business Academy (IBA)
The International Business Academy (IBA) is a private institution of additional professional education registered in Saint Petersburg at 39 Ispytateley Avenue. It holds a valid state educational license No. 1901 dated May 25, 2016, issued by the Education Committee of the Government of Saint Petersburg.
Within the framework of IBA, since its foundation, educational programs have been conducted in entrepreneurship, leadership, public speaking, rhetoric, and financial planning. The book formulates the author’s “12 Principles of Success” and presents interviews and observations collected during more than twenty years of studying the nature of entrepreneurial success.

Charitable and Public Projects
“Officers’ Ball” — an annual cultural and patriotic event dedicated to Victory Day, organized by the author since 2013. In different years, Heroes of the Soviet Union and the Russian Federation, delegations from Hero Cities, and representatives of state authorities participated in it. The purpose of the project is to preserve the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and promote patriotic education among youth.
Pediatric Neurology Support Program — since 2016: targeted assistance to children with severe neurological diseases, financing of research in high-tech methods for compensating deficits in pediatric neurology and psychiatry, support for the “Doktrina” Clinical Center in Saint Petersburg.
Support for the Valaam Transfiguration Monastery — since 2016, including support for the monastery’s clergy, including Archimandrite Father Methodius.
Patronage of the folk song festival “Dobrovidenie” — since 2017; the project is aimed at preserving the cultural heritage and musical traditions of the peoples of Russia, Europe, and Asia.
